Dear Applicant,

Please note that VEMS has been split into Valuation Chapter, Estate Agency Chapter, and Property Management Chapter and as such VEMS is no longer available as a Chapter.

These are requirements for ease of application

  1. i) Upload a duly certified copy of your Academic certificate: -

-    For Valuation, Estate Agency, Property Management, Building Surveyors and Land Administration  

     Managers chapters(Certification by the authorities of the University/College where you obtained your

      certificate)

 

  1. ii) Land Surveyors, Engineering and Geospatial Information Management Surveyors chapters

     (Certification by the authorities of the University/College where you obtained your

      certificate)

 

iii) Have ready two Full members who have agreed to propose and second your application by giving

     you their membership numbers

 

  1. iv) Student applicants do not require a proposer and seconder but they have to upload proof of

     studentship therefore Student Card/Letter from Institution of learning/Admission letter to the

     Institution of learning)
